Home First is a real estate agency, their business model is B2C and they want to use social media to acquire qualified leads in the real estate & rental market within their communities.

They wanted to establish a reputation of excellence, updated homes, customer service, and affordability to match prices or be below similar properties in the area.

Brand Republic took the real estate agency’s goals to heart and provided a solution by providing different social media campaigns along with strategic development and paid advertising campaigns. To meet and exceed the client’s goals of acquiring qualified leads.

BR designed every campaign after deep research over the respective competitors of the brand. We kept all the strategies/campaigns according to the marketing funnel from brand awareness to conversions.

We also integrated the real estate agency’s CRM to the Facebook Leads tool with one of Facebook’s many lead ad integrations. It allows the leads to funnel directly to the appropriate salesperson to follow up promptly, and track the leads through the sales/rental process. Thus, maintaining excellent customer service and allowing the team to track conversions.
